Donna Rasmussen

Executive Director/ NCFP Financial Educator

Donna is a US Navy veteran and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from National-Louis University in Elgin, IL. Donna is an NFCC and HUD Certified Counselor. She is our Financial Literacy Educator and provides workshops on various topics to local social service agencies and their clients, local libraries and townships.
