Lourdes has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Universidad del Sagrado Corazon in Puerto Rico.  She is a HUD & NFCC Certified Counselor and has been providing housing counseling since 2019.  She has extensive experience working with the senior population and volunteers.
